 Collaborated with Kongernes Sampling, we transformed museum’s wasted paper into products in souvenir shop. Within 4 months, we collected, among others: 381 books, 16,200 brochures, and 16,050 bookmarks. The project is a showcase of our experiments with paper waste collected from museums in Copenhagen.

With extensive material research, our approach explores how a moulding method can be applied in crafting and forming paper pulp. The process is aimed to have as low an environmental impact as possible, including minimizing the pre-processing for paper waste, adding no additives and air-drying.

The design is inspired by Order of the Elephant, which is one of the representative collections of Kongernes Samling who is the main source of the paper waste collected. (Collaborator) Kongernes Samling
